How can you functionally fit an entire house in 30 m2 ? How can you blend outside with inside? How can you transform a space instantly from a short stay rental luxury loft for couples to a party terrace with around 100 people capacity? How can you reuse materials and colours found across the neighbourhood? These are only a few of our questions, answered by a minimalistic design that frames quietly the most breathtaking view of this city.
